Creative event production for Snuggledown.
iMP event production services were commissioned by John Cotton Group to create an event stand for Snuggledown. The custom made stand was to be installed at London Olympia for the Ideal Home Show.
Snuggledown needed a bedroom event set design and build to showcase their Retreat range at the Ideal Home Show. The Ideal Home Show at London Olympia is a huge yearly event. It features thousands of household and homeware brands. So it was crucial that the Snuggledown brand stood out. We set to work creating a themed Snuggledown stand to reflect the brand’s look and feel.
From the initial sketch to a first draft 3D design (see photos) our creative team used inspiration from the Snuggledown website. Taking colour palettes, decor, furniture photos and materials we drew up a 3D model. And once approved by the client we set to work producing the physical build. This included:

Exhibitions like the Ideal Home Show are massive for us. We loaded the event kit van and took an installation team of 4 to the first build day. Starting at 8am we had the first fix finished by 6pm. This included the floor, main walls and larger furniture items. We then returned on the second build day for the final fix and fine detail. Things like the main signage, adjustment of decor, product display and general tidying were required.
In addition we’re supplying the brand ambassadors for the entire show duration. After just the first 5 days our team had made in excess of £2000 in sales and generated more than 300 email leads.
