Sampling van hire from a single day to a year long campaign. Our promotional sampling vans, often know as a catering truck or food van have a number of useful features.
Lola, as we call her, has a huge side serving hatch, onboard refrigeration, loads of storage and can be fully branded. Seen here in colourful Tofoo livery she includes stainless steel worktops, a 16amp, 240v IP rated power hook up and additional high capacity mobile batteries.
Our Peugeot Boxer low-loader is ideal for food and drink product launches. Completely self-contained with ample storage, refrigeration and space for event equipment. Most recently used for the second Tofoo sampling campaign it has sampled all kinds of products. Ambient or chilled drinks, cereal bars, snacks, crisps… you name it we’ve sampled it.
But it’s not just for food sampling. Because of the spacious interior Lola can also be used for demonstrations, experiential and custom fit outs. With enough room inside for several people to stand it the only limit is your imagination.
Our van can be powered by hard wired mains power or high capacity mobile batteries. This means that cooking is an option. It can power air fryers, microwaves, small ovens, fridges and freezers. Depending on the product requirement we can also install additional equipment.
Almost every external surface is available to brand. Using a semi-permanent adhesive film, we can fully wrap the van. There are other opportunities for signage such as the serving hatch (when open) and the roof (when vehicle is stationary). We also create custom props which can be placed on top of the van. We’ll provide an artwork template for your design team to go wild or we can help create something unique.
All our promotional vehicles include drivers, insurance and an option for staffing. Our drivers and event managers have years of experience in driving and managing sampling events. We manage all the vehicle logistics. From storage, scheduling, communications and transportation we’re experts in delivering a full tour or campaign. We can hold, manage and transport stock and have plenty of on-site storage at our Leeds unit.
The van belongs to us. We bought her in April 2024 and she’s been on duty ever since. We don’t sub-hire the van from any other company or agency meaning there’s no increase in costs or middle-man to pay. Plus it gives you the flexibility to come up with some truly unique ideas.
